The Sanborn, an extraordinary new eight-story private members club coming to Boca Raton, will bring 44,000 square feet of quiet luxury, highly curated hospitality and coveted access to the heart of the city. Designed by HDA Architects Boca Raton, The Sanborn will unfold as a vertical lifestyle destination, balancing hospitality with deeply private, members-only environments. Each of its eight stories will be thoughtfully curated to transition from day to night, business to leisure and social to serene.

And the experience promises to be exceptional.

Four members-exclusive hospitality concepts will include a signature restaurant, supper club, rooftop bar and grill and speakeasy. A rooftop pool deck overlooking the city will feature private cabanas, while a refined library, private dining rooms and club bar will offer spaces for everything from a quiet meeting to discreet entertaining. A wellness spa and fitness club, dedicated card room and just eight hotel-style guest rooms will round out an experience designed to feel intimate at every turn.

But The Sanborn’s ultimate luxury may not be what’s inside. It will be access.

Membership will be selective and invite-only, preserving the exclusivity, intimacy and personalized service at the heart of the concept.

As Steven Newman, GP of The Sanborn, explains, “This is not a scene-driven club—it is a sanctuary for purposeful connection, culture, and curated experience.”

That philosophy will extend to the design. Warm natural materials, sculptural forms, expansive windows, layered wood textures and abundant greenery will create spaces intended to feel “collected rather than constructed.” From the palm-framed rooftop pool to the softly lit wine room, library and members lounges, the architecture will prioritize atmosphere over excess—a distinctly modern expression of quiet luxury.

Boca Raton doesn’t need an introduction to private-club culture. The bar here is already high. The Sanborn will set out to raise it.
